Helen’s advice is second-to-none, she thinks carefully about everything she suggests and is kind and professional in everything that she does. She is both realistic and reassuring and she is the complete opposite of someone trying to profit from your insecurities. She is not flippant when recommending products and acknowledges the financial consequences of recommending new expensive components into a beauty regime. Most importantly Helen gives you time and space so that you feel heard. She has so much knowledge and experience yet never makes you feel that she is squeezing you in and should be elsewhere. I feel very fortunate that Helen is in Exeter to help me with my skin concerns
