After horrific experience that I have had with another clinic/practitioner, I was very cautious to try new places.
From the start of consultation with Antoinette I felt that I am in a safe and professional environment.
Antoinette is very knowledge but she also made me feel comfortable and safe. She has explained the treatments that I was interested in, also the realistic outcome versus the expectations.
Every appointment took enough time for the assessment and treatment itself.
Nothing was rushed.
Not only the treatment and the results surpassed my expectations (no downtime and minimum bruising), leaving Cygnet clinic I also felt reassured.
I felt that if anything would go not as expected, Antoinette will be able to help me.
I have done many treatments in Cygnet Clinic, and definitely will be returning for more.
I have tried many places across the Europe and I have to admit that Cygnet and Antoinette is by far one of the best clinics.
I would definitely recommend Cygnet to anyone who is looking for quality of treatments and products, natural appearance after treatments and safety!

Antoinette is very knowledge but also she made me feel that I am taken care of in a safe and professional manner. The appointment took enough time to assess my needs and enough time for the treatment, nothing was rushed.
Not only the treatment surpassed my expectation, in regards to downtime, bruising etc. When leaving the clinic I felt calm and reassured. I knew that if anything would go not as expected I will be able to receive adequate help.
I am very happy with the results of all of the treatments I had done with Antoinette so far.
I have tried clinic/practices across the Europe and I have to admit that Cygnet and Antoinette are by far one of the best places that I could recommend to anyone who is looking for quality of treatments and products, natural appearance and safety.

very professional clinic , staff were informative and i felt very at ease from the moment i walked in too the moment i left. would highly recomend Antoinette for injectables. She listened to me.

The clinic staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Since having my treatment It has given me the kick start i needed to lose weight.
