I've been wanting to improve & enhance the appearance of my lips for years but never quite had the confidence to go ahead. I am so glad to have found Mark at Skin touch. He instantly makes you feel comfortable, explains everything so clearly & I've not once felt pressured to to do anything. Mark really listens to your concerns, wishes & takes everything in to consideration to ensure you get the treatment most suited for you & at the pace you're comfortable with. I've had my second treatment today, & although I know I'm a bit swollen, I'm over the moon with the results!!! My self esteem has had an instant boost. I can't wait to see the results once everything has healed.

It was time for Profhilo again in my neck. It’s treating the turkey neck but needs a little tweak. I’ve been considering fillers for a while and think I might have decided to go with them. Marks advice is excellent, it’s just my mind I need to convince 😉my 2nd session of Profhilo will be combined with filler in my jawline. Profhilo hurts slightly but then effects are beautiful skin

Mark is brilliant. I was initially nervous about having anti wrinkle treatments but he talked me through everything and made me feel completely at ease. I understood every procedure fully and felt totally comfortable. I’ve been back a few times since and now wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I started my journey with Mark as I was unhappy with migration of my lip filler (from another person) since then Mark has taught me more about my face and how to achieve the results want than anyone else has beer'able to.
I will now only see Mark for any treatments and I'm loving the journey he is supporting me on.
Mark has never made me feel pressured, he provides me with the facts so I can make an informed decision and I always feel safe and looked after.
When I saw a friend the other day their first comment was "wow you look really young"

After deliberating over a grown up peel I decided to take the plunge. Just a slight burn and now waiting for the skin to reveal its better self. A little lip flip to help my disappearing ones will hopefully help. Thanks Mark, great treatment and catch up, see you soon

I went to see Mark at Phi Balance having previously had botox treatments at a clinic on Harley Street. I wanted to try somewhere local (and cheaper!) The results have been excellent. Mark knows his stuff and is clearly very geeky and passionate about the treatments he offers. I won't be going anywhere else now!

Love, love and more love! Beautiful and natural looking lips with a bit of plumpness. Exactly what I wanted! Mark took me over all of the potential risks and aftercare so I felt supersafe and aware of everything going on! Will 100% be back 10/10 recommend!
