Having recurrent issues with xanthelasma under my eyes that chemical treatment didn't resolve I contacted A New You because I had read that the plasma pen can be an effective and affordable option instead of surgery... Danielle was excellent - taking care to check if it was the right treatment as she hadn't used it for that issue but after first trying laser therapy first (only with minor success) then we moved to the plasma pen and after 2 sessions it's worked brilliantly! We're both thrilled and importantly I felt cared for as she didn't embark on treating me until she was sure that it wouldn't scar (patch tests etc). I'm really happy with the results and know now what needs to be done if it comes back! Thank you 🙏

Excellent bedside manner; they provide the latest industry advice and will not recommend procedures they feel inappropriate to you even though you are requesting a particular service. I trust them implicitly

My first visit this afternoon. Daniella was lovely, I had the hydra facial which I really enjoyed, very please with the immediate difference to my skin. My mother who I live with and rarely notices things commented twice how great my skin looked (she didn't know I'd had a facial). Everything was explained in detail to me which made me feel secure and in safe hands. As Daniella mentioned there is some redness now visible from the laser patch test. I'm looking forward to seeing the effects after that has died down and I am looking forward to going back next week already for another treatment

Going on my experience with "a new you" I would definitely recommend them. All the staff are nice and friendly and I've been happy with all the facial treatments I've been having over the last few months with Daniella. She's a real credit to the practice. Very professional, friendly and informative. I've seen a real improvement with my skin and I'm really pleased with the outcome so far.
