It was refreshing to meet a clinician who didn’t automatically reach for injectables and instead advised a different course of action. Thank you! The after appointment support could have been better with a 1:2:1 conversation about the use of products prescribed rather than trying to hear what was being said through a plastic screen with other patients and staff around the area. It was difficult to concentrate if what was being said. I think the lady trying to sort out my products was covering reception at the same time and I’m not sure that works well from the patients perspective. One of the prescribed products was out of stock and I was told it should be arriving soon. Despite these last comments I do think the salon/clinic is very good and I would recommend to others.

I felt through my treatment i was well cared for and Dr Abs was very knowledgeable and had excellent patient care . I am very pleased with the results of my treatment . The one negative I felt was my review appointment as Dr Abs did not have his camera and did not take an after photo of my skin to compare to the before. This would have been beneficial to me so I could see the difference the treatment had made.

First visit for a neck and back massage due to tension and stress, and I've now booked a further four sessions with Jo who was very good and very friendly, giving a great massage, and as such my wife has now also booked her first massage. Felt very safe regarding Covid this being one of my big concerns. I would definitely recommend. 5 stars

Very polite and helpful, Dr Abs was very careful not to over-treat me and work his way up so I am fully happy with my results. Vanessa was excellent to deal with also and made sure I was happy with my experience. VL do not push you during consultations, if anything they advise you on skin care and other benefits if they feel certain treatments are not required. I will continue using VL for my future treatments.

Beautiful clinic and Darcy was so lovely and welcoming. The treatment I received (Derma Luxe LED Facial) was very relaxing and l am able to notice the redness and scarring on my skin is a lot less visible just a few hours after so I will definitely be back for that and to try other services available. Already recommended to friends and family!

I was met at reception by Darcy who was very friendly and offering me a beverage whilst I waited for my appointment. Vanessa was very friendly and approachable to talk to about my skin concerns. The free consultation was a great offer to get started with treatment options. The appointment was thorough and my needs were met with ease. Appointment availability is also very appealing with out of 9-5 work hour appointments available. Already looking forward to going back to start my treatment.
