Save Face accreditation for one clinic and one practitioner is £699 + VAT. While our pricing hasn't increased since 2014, the value of the resources and support we offer exceeds £3,000. Many of our members find that gaining just one or two new patients through the increased visibility and trust provided by Save Face accreditation more than covers the initial cost, offering a significant and swift return on your investment.
The first step is to complete your initial online registration. This requires entering a few simple details and immediately grants you access to our comprehensive members' dashboard.
We will require your statutory PIN number to verify your registration with your regulator, along with copies of your training certificates, insurance coverage, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and clinic protocols and procedures. Don't worry if you don't have specific policies and procedures already written; our template resources will help you comply with our standards.
You can easily upload your documents directly into your members' dashboard, or email them to your dedicated support agent who will handle the upload for you. Your support agent will also help to build your member profile, using content from your website, social media, and any other information you wish to promote to the public.
Your clinic assessment is conducted via Zoom by our team of expert nurse assessors and takes approximately 45 minutes. During this time, we'll review your treatment setup, medicine management, lighting, and your consent and aftercare processes to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. While some may feel apprehensive, our assessors are there to guide you to a positive outcome, not to catch you out. Most practitioners find the experience reassuring, leaving them more confident in their practice.
After the assessment, you will receive a full report with either recommended actions or confirmation of your accreditation. Once confirmed, your profile will go live on the Save Face register.
The timeline varies by practitioner. However, with the support of our dedicated team and comprehensive resources, most practitioners successfully complete the process within a month of registering. You have a full 12 months to complete the process, and your accreditation period officially begins only when your profile goes live on the register.
