Saw Vicky today for dermal lip filler which I'd wanted for a long time and finally decided was brave enough (I'm very needle phobic).

Had checked accreditation register to find someone qualified I trusted, and after researching a number of people as an ex nurse Vicky was my number 1 choice.

Had consultation appointment with Vicky 2 weeks beforehand where we discussed what I wanted, the small chance of medical complications inherent with the treatment, and I disclosed was not good with injections. There's lots of certificates on the walls relating to her expertise. Vicky made me feel at ease, and I knew I'd found the right person.

I wanted something more on the noticeable and dramatic side, as opposed to the typical natural look most women go to her for. Even though we'd already booked the appointment, Vicky spent her own time having a look at other options such as Russian lips that she does not offer, but wanted me to consider what was right for me. And this is after already having my business in the bag so to speak - that's a clear sign of a caring professional who wants her clients to achieve what they are looking for.

On the day I really struggled with the procedure as I started to feel faint as I am so injection phobic. She had chocolates on hand, was understanding, patient and looked after me. I simply wouldn't have got through it without her, and she was more than happy for us to take our time proceeding step by step at my own pace. I asked if could walk around her lovely private garden set in rural Northamptonshire for a few minutes before next injection, and Vicky was more than happy for me to do whatever I needed to, and I did this a number of times.

Owing to her being super lovely, procedure was completed and we were both super happy with the results. Due to my own struggles, it had taken more than double to normal time, and offered to pay more for the extra time, to which Vicky declined.

Any future treatments including maintenance will be with Vicky - no one else I would go to.

I'm a trans person, and Vicky was really lovely with me so definitely trans friendly.

This review is so glowing, it may not seem genuine, so tried to come up with bad points for balance:

- location is a rural village not in a town, but Vicky will give you clear directions with pictures and I personally preferred the pretty village anyway
- Vicky does not offer more extreme looks such as Russian lips, but most women are going to be after natural looks anyway
- She ran out of the specific little chocolate bar I wanted (I'd eaten them) so had a little Crunchie bar instead.

That's the worst I could think of to say.

Very professional but friendly clinic. Victoria was extremely knowledgeable and is clearly very experienced in what she does. Left feeling relaxed with great results from my treatment. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.
