I had a very professional consultation at Indulgence felt very comfortable with going forward with botox on my forehead, eyes and lips. Loved my results my make up sits lovely on my face now and even my partner has commented on how good it looks,
Had a follow up appointment a few weeks after

I had recently decided to try Botulinum toxin injections to help with my wrinkles but was nervous about what it would look like, tracy put my mind at rest and gave me a detailed consultation about what to expect and took the time to go through all my skin care needs. Firstly, the clinic/salon is beautiful, clean and welcoming. I have been to see Tracey twice now and each time she is thorough, very friendly and still managed to remain professional, she leaves no stone unturned and does not rush anything, when doing my treatment she always comes across like it does not matter how much product she uses, it’s about me being happy. You can clearly see this is not just a living for Tracey and I’m not just a number, she loves what she does, has a passion for what she does and believes in all her products and all she does, a quality like this is VERY hard to find now. I’ve been using this clinic many years and and tracey is very professional and I wouldnt use anyone else,I had a cancerous mole on my neck that she found and told me to go and get it check out and its a good job she seen it as I didnt have a clue it was there… I would highly recommend Tracey and I will be continuing to use this clinic for further work as tracey is easy to talk to and we have a good friendship over the years

I had a very in depth consultation with Tracy who took the time to understand the concerns I had about my skin and what I wanted to improve. She recommended products and treatments and provided me with lots of material and samples I could take away to help me make the right choices. I had my first treatment session with Tracy and my second with Ellen and both Ladies were really knowledgeable and professional. My treatment is ongoing but the results I have seen so far are really positive. I will definitely continue to use the clinic for all future treatments

I Had a consultation (to discuss fillers / botox) with Tracy and it was so much more than I’d imagined. It was thorough and really informative. I came in with slight trepidation, feeling a little like I was exaggerating maybe how I felt, about how I looked? I just wanted to look better, like me but not the way I looked when I walked in! Like me relaxed, without looking like I’d just told off 9 kids! (think bulldog chewing a wasp).
I had a full professional consultation by medically qualified staff, in a clean salon with full PPE, it feels safe (covid/medically), the staff know what they are talking about.
I wanted everything on the list doing to make me feel better about myself, after my consultation, I was comfortable knowing I had, with the best advice, chosen what would give me the result I was after. I am so delighted with my first results, 4 months later I’ve had it done again, I can see this being my new ME thing every so often. Better still my husband thinks I’m happier, I am.
Now I look how I feel. Thanks Indulgence Team

Tracy has many’s years experience and is also a qualified nurse you know your in safe hands, even tho I’ve have my procedures done many times over the years I’m still a nervous client, Tracy always talks me through the procedure that I’m about to have putting me ease.

From my consultation up to my 1st treatment I felt so safe & the team at indulgence made me feel so at ease making sure all safety and social distance guidelines were in place.

My treatment was great, highly recommend Ellen & Jordan they’re great and made me feel comfortable and reassured me about aftercare after my treatment.

Indulgence are a great team & I look forward to going for my treatments. I’m sure after my sessions are up I’ll be going back to see what other treatments they offer!

I can't say just how amazing the guys at indulgence are !!! I had Botox and a lip flip and.... I'm over the moon !!!
I normally have a deep frown line on my forehead after Tracy injected me within just over a week it had disappeared ! Just a shame we went into lockdown after having it done because no one got to see it
I'm a massive needle wimp but Tracy made me feel comfortable and relaxed I 100% recommend this place

I first visited indulgence beauty in September 2017.
I initially contacted them as they had a promotion on hydra-facials as I was struggling with acne that had occurred after spending extreme amounts of money on products and treatments from the "infamous" SKIN clinic in Northampton which ultimately left me worse than when I began, empty pocketed and depressed at the state of my skin.
When I first went to Indulgence Beauty I met Ellen who honestly told me the hydra-facials wouldn't cure the source of my particular acne so she encouraged me to come back for a follow up appointment with Tracy a nurse skins specialist.
Most salons would of taken my money there and then for the course of facials not delving deeper into the issue to understand further and just sell what they can and I would of eventually been back at square one. But at indulgence beauty they go the extra mile.
So I explained to Tracy and Ellen my skins insecurities and concerns and they talked me through some products and explained how they work to target acne. Tracey even gave me a few test products for free to try as she knew I had lost my trust in skin advisors due to my past disappointments I had encountered at SKIN.
Within 3 months I have seen more improvement in my skin than I have in the last 2 years! It been so nice people commenting on how my skin looks a lot smoother and even. Its such a nice feeling knowing I have invested in something that works for me. The creams last a long time the bottles still feel full. I also take supplements to help my acne from within my body as well as focusing treating the surface. During this 3 months I've had face to face and phone after care. I even went back for a hydra-facials for a wedding I was attending.
I am also planning to start laser hair removal in the New Year, which I've always wanted to have done but either I have been to embarrassed or not trusted the staff. But Tracy has been completely professional and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I am so glad that I came across Indulgence Beauty. They know the education behind the products they advise, fair price, fabulous service and generally a great place!
If you're like me a bit skeptical and worried about breaking out of your comfort zone to address an insecurity you have....then Indulgence Beauty is the place to help! Thanks Tracy & Ellen

I have experienced many different types of facial but this Hydra Facial stands out as the best I've had yet. I chose to include the derma builder and a few days later I contacted Indulgence Beauty to take them up on their special offer of 6 for the price of 5. I am now looking forward to my 2nd treatment. It doesn't involve any discomfort, you can really feel it working and see instant results. Ellen has a very calm approach & creates an atmosphere to suit you including asking which radio station/music you would prefer! Just lovely.
