It’s a very pleasant process. You can wear comfortable clothes and the treatment only last 30 minutes. My sleep duration has massively improved. I would normally wake at least 3 times a night needing the toilet. After 3 sessions I now only wake once and therefore my mental and physical condition is much healthier. I also have noticed when training that certain exercises can now be achieved without the worry of an accident which means I can now wear plain leggings as I feel more confident and I’m not stopping to pop to the toilet to put a pad in or check myself. I'm much more comfortable in my everyday life knowing that a sneeze or a cough won’t result in an accident. Brilliant treatment that for me has made my life better. Thank you Neet x
