Currently in the process of having a very large tattoo removed. I’m working with Jayne, who is extremely professional, made me feel extremely comfortable, and has a large amount of patience/understanding. The facility itself is clean, every staff member has been courteous. Excellent facility. They seem to have competitive prices. They offer many services. Highly recommend!!

Honestly, you can feel the love and care that is taken in this clinic. Time is given to explain and answer questions during consultation. The warmth and friendliness is extremely natural. They made me feel relaxed during the procedure and the visits feel more like that of a family friend rather than a clinical appointment. They treated me as an individual catering to my needs, there was no over selling of product. Their hospitality is second to none! Highly recommend and simply wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been visiting lovely Malcolm for my Botox for a few years now. Malcolm and all the staff are always so friendly and welcoming and feels like a happy work family. Everywhere is so spotless and clean yet still has a relaxed feel. I look forward to my visits and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Highly recommend The Laser Clinic. So friendly, and so professional! I won't go anywhere else. I have been seeing Sarah for a couple of years and had a number of different treatments. Ive always been so happy with them all and Sarah really looks after me. I love the atmosphere and how close all the staff are with each other too.

Well what can I say! As always an absolutely amazing treatment here again! As I walked through the door I was greeted with a hello, good afternoon and would you like a coffee? Such a friendly team. Malcolm is just the best! Put at ease and is a shining knight in armour! If you want an excellent and friendly service then this is definitely the place to go without a shadow of doubt. Simply superb! Caring and uber competent staff. They love what they do and it shows! What most amazed me was the post treatment after care. This was of the highest possible standard. My treatment really worked and the cost was less than it should have been. I can fully recommend them.

This clinic continually removes truthful negative reviews.
They lie to their governing body and do not reply to complaints made under their complaints procedure.
I have had to spend £20 thousand pounds correcting their mistakes which initially they took responsibility.
Any business that underhandedly remove reviews have something to hide.

I can not recommend this clinic highly enough.
All of the staff are extremely warm and welcoming yet remain very professional.
Dr Malcolm is outstanding in all respects!!
He made me feel totally safe and respected at all times and has gone above and beyond to help me with choosing and receiving my treatments as I was very nervous and unsure what was best for me.
He has an absolutely infectious personality and I look forward to going to the clinic every time!

After having an in depth discussion about laser tattoo removal,with dr willis and Cheryl Lorne,which was honest,very informative,and supportive,being rather nervous about any treatment,i decided to start the laser sessions.I am amazed by the results,having only had 4 treatments,its barely visible!. The Clinic itself is bright clean and friendly . All the staff and owners are very friendly,caring and information is readily given.no matter how silly my questions or worries were,i was immediately put at ease.Thankyou so much Cheryl Lorne and dr willis.

Just attended my consultation to have hair removal. Just wanted to say that Jayne is an absolute credit to the laser clinic. She is friendly highly skilled and above all a fabulous person. She explained the whole procedure in such an easy way to follow. If you are thinking about laser please go to this clinic and ask for Jayne!!
