Young and Beautiful Aesthetics was co-founded 3 years ago by two registered nurses, Kate Young and Melanie Taylor. We both have more than 15 years of advanced nursing practice within the National Health Service (NHS) and the private sector and we both still practice as qualified nurses, Kate is an IV community nurse and Mel continues her work in the NHS.
We are both fully insured and share a passion for all things aesthetics, which reflects on our commitment to deliver the best results for you. We provide a full indepth assessment of your skin care concerns in order to determine the appropriate treatment for you. Our preferred approach to Aesthetics is a subtle one where we strive to enhance your natural beauty. It’s not necessarily about making you look 20 years younger again but making you look and feel great for your age.
We regularly attend aesthetic procedure training courses in order to ensure our knowledge is up to date and the safest techniques are applied to your treatment. Both Kate and Mel are members of Aesthetic Complications Expert (ACE) group and have professional indemnity insurance.

We have enhanced our lovely patient's lips using a cannula which is our preferred choice when administering lip fillers. The reason for this is a cannula offers increased safety during a lip filler procedure due to the fact it has a blunt tip, reducing the risk of accidently puncturing blood vessels or nerves.
