Gilly is fab with a huge range of services and products. I went for 'age' spot removal which has been there for about 20 years. It may need a couple more treatments, but it has already lightened a lot after just one!

I genuinely love my visits to Gilly. No matter how my day has been I always leave my appointments with Gilly feeling utterly pampered. I suffer from rosacea and my face was often in a state of SOS. Gilly to the rescue to calm, treat and replenish my skin. Thankfully with Gilly’s considerable knowledge and care my skin is now under control.

During the initial consultation it soon became obvious that Gilly is highly trained and very knowledgeable. The consultation was very precise and informative. All safety aspects were professionally covered. The clinic is lovely. Everything is spotless. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and is very welcoming.

I have been going to Dorset Aesthetics for a course of PRP with microneedling. I have noticed a difference in the texture and brightness of my skin and the frequency of a breakout has reduced. I would highly recommend to anyone who is suffering from troublesome skin.
