I am honestly the most squeamish person when it comes to anything medical, so that fact that I can honestly tell you that my upper blepharoplasty procedure was so much better, easier, truthfully painless and quicker than I was imagining, is a huge deal.
My top tips for anyone considering booking the same procedure as me would be to start taking arnica tablets a few weeks beforehand to help the healing process. If you’re a wimp like me, ask the surgery to prescribe you with a sedative which you can take before the procedure to keep you calm, this was a must for me.

The procedure itself was so fast, I was in and out before I knew it. The entire team were amazing from my surgeon, Dr Carlos, to the nurses and reception staff. They were all so kind and helpful, I honestly can’t praise them enough. Once you leave the surgery, you have access to a dedicated 24 hour aftercare team via the phone, so if you have any questions or concerns, they will help you straight away.
I’m now 3 months post op and I’m so glad I put my big girl pants on and had it done. Zero regrets. I would 100% recommend signature clinic to anyone considering surgery at a hospital providing excellent service at affordable prices. 10/10.

The clinic was nice and clean with a good waiting area. The wait wasn't too long, about 20 minutes. I had a lower blepharoplasty. After being taken back, it all went very fast. They clearly do these procedures alot because the process seemed very efficient. The procedure was a little nerve racking since I was awake, but it's not as bad as going to the dentist. There wasn't any pain, just a needle prick at the beginning. It all went so fast. It was less than two hours and I was out and on my way. I'm excited to see the final results after it all heals up.

I had upper and lower blepharoplasty in October 2023 done by Dr Carlos Debbas. I cannot thank him enough for turning my life around. Prior to the operation I had very heavy bags under my eyes and hooded lids which caused me to lack confidence and hide behind my reading glasses just so that people would not keep commenting on how tired I look, but now 6 months on I am like a new woman my confidence has soared and I feel great. Signature clinic have been brilliant from pre op right through to aftercare I cannot fault them, the staff are friendly and approachable the clinic was spotlessly clean and Dr Carlos what can I say apart from the man is absolutely fantastic I cannot thank him or signature clinic enough. Thank you

Had upper eyelid surgery April 2024 with Dr Carlos Debbas. Totally recommend! Staff are so friendly they put me at ease. The whole surgery didn't take long. Dr Carlo Debbas is truly an amazing surgeon and I will definitely return and have my lower lids done in the near future. Such an amazing team and the aftercare are second to none, cannot fault! Thank you signature clinic for transforming my eyes and making me look years younger!

I was quite apprehensive to have my first ever surgery. As it turns out, this fear was totally unfounded. Signature Clinic has made the experience great with wonderfully supportive staff, very patient, relaxed & friendly.

The procedure was quick and professional and I received a large bag of medicines & and ointments to apply at home.

Signature Clinic were in constant contact post the procedure to make sure things were going well and to answer any of my questions.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will definitely choose them for any future procedures I may consider having.

The Signature team made me feel relaxed both before and during the operation. The aftercare staff check on you regularly. The best choice I ever made having upper and lower Blepharoplasty with them. I no longer have tired and drooping eyes and feel amazing.
