Lucia opened her first clinic space in Margate, Kent offering basic aesthetic treatments, in 2016. However the business outgrew this space, and January 2025 has seen the opening of ‘Lucia Medical Aesthetics’, a luxury, high standard Aesthetics Clinic in Westgate-On-Sea. The Nurse Led clinical space is tranquil, clean, and spacious. With an ever expanding treatment menu and state of the art devices and equipment, this is the first clinic in the Thanet area to offer this level of exceptional standard Medical Aesthetics. The clinic is registered with Save Face, a voluntary regulator that carries out safety and standard checks on a regular basis to give patients confidence in our quality of care.
At Lucia Medical Aesthetics we hold very high standards and will only provide safe and effective treatments. We stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies to ensure we deliver the best possible, evidence-led care to our patients. Aesthetic medicine is Lucia’s passion and we believes this shines through and is evident as soon as you walk through the clinic door! We pride ourselves on being friendly, open and approachable but we also know when we need to say no.

My first time at Lucia Medical Aesthetics and it was wonderful. I walked into reception and it smelt and looked amazing, the staff were so friendly and I felt relaxed straight away. I had a chilled glass of lemon water and then headed into the treatment room and had the best HydraFacial with Mel. My skin afterwards felt and looked amazing and I’m so looking forward to going back next month and having it done again

Lucia, as always was highly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the procedure options, discuss my goals, and offer expert advice on what would work best for me. I felt confident in her skill and professionalism, knowing I was in great hands. She was gentle, patient, and very attentive throughout the entire process.
The treatments I have received have been great and I was given clear aftercare instructions, and reassurance that I could call at any time should I need to.

Laura always greets me with a huge smile, and I feel she is genuinely happy to see me, and she takes an interest in me.

Fantastic clinic with fantastic staff.
Clinic owner Lucia is a qualified nurse with years of injecting experience. She has a broad depth of knowledge in both injectable treatments and skin care and safety is absolutely her priority. I’ve also had injectable treatments with nurse Kodie and she was great.
Front of house is Laura, the consummate professional. She was amazing and she quickly put me at ease prior to my treatments.

I cannot rate Effortless Aesthetics highly enough. Lucia is so friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. The consultation, procedure and aftercare is so professional and thorough. I have always been very happy with all of the procedures I have had at the clinic. Lucia has also helped me massively with my skin to the point when I now use minimal make-up - which was unheard of before attending the clinic.
