With 20+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, the Aesthetic Skin Centre is a highly professional, nurse-led clinic. We offer a wide range of skincare treatments and facial aesthetic procedures, using the latest technology available and advanced products. We have invested in high quality, regulated and proven specialist equipment to deliver safe, effective results.
Headed up by Trudy Friedman, a very well-respected Clinician in the world of cosmetic medicine. Having originally trained as a Registered Nurse at Stoke Mandeville Hospital she specialised in Plastic surgery technology with an American company working closely in theatres with Plastic and reconstructive surgeons. Trudy then entered the field of Medical Aesthetics, practising only in non-surgical treatments for the last 20 years.
At the Aesthetics Skin Centre, each patient is given a thorough consultation to enable our practitioner to assess and discuss needs and expectations. At this point all treatment options would be recommended according to suitability. Emphasis is placed on safety and efficacy, and a patient will never be encouraged or made to feel under pressure when deciding on a treatment plan.
Our aim is to give quality information in a discreet, caring environment in which patients are comfortable when making these important decisions. We will always try to promote natural beauty and understated but effective results.

Started with a new course of Exion which was a totally relaxing experience which I enjoyed immensely. Having visited various practitioners over the years and always found getting my Botox ‘done’ a bit of a chore, I can honestly say that my appointments with Trudy are a pleasure. She immediately makes me feel at ease and I’m delighted with the results she achieves. Beautifully subtle yet wonderfully effective. I love the comments I receive from friends now.
