Adele was wonderful with my ten year old daughter who came to have her ears pierced. She was clear and kind, gave my daughter space to ask questions, choose her earrings and to recover after the first piercing before she did the second ear.
Adele gave me lots of information pre booking so I would understand the after care needed in advance. She has offered to see my daughter for a follow up appointment if needed. Such care and attention to detail, and she's local so I had comfort in the continuation of care.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adele.

I went to see Adele for a free consultation as I was at a total loss as to what I needed to make my skin feel and look better post children and from the very first instance was at ease. She was knowledgeable, clearly very experienced, and gave me so many hints and tips that didn’t involve buying a single thing from her. I instantly felt I could trust her because unlike some other practitioners she didn’t try to upsell me on anything and actually gently talked me out of a couple of treatments I asked about, instead steering me to something she thought would be better for my concerns. The routine she suggested has totally transformed my skin and I have had a couple of the treatments she did recommend which have been perfect for me. Each time I’ve been I’ve had questions about either products or treatments and she is always happy to help and make recommendations. She’s made a huge difference to my skin and confidence in a very short period and I now wouldn’t go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

I was really nervous the first time I went to Adele, as I’d never had Botox before. But the moment I met her, all those nerves disappeared — she made me feel so welcome and at ease. Adele is such a warm and lovely lady, and the whole experience felt relaxed and professional from start to finish.

The environment is spotless and calming, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I was so happy with the results — my forehead looks fresh and smooth, but still completely natural, which was really important to me. I honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else now.
