With deep expertise and enthusiasm, Paula is a senior nurse whose career spans over 25 years in the NHS and nearly a decade in aesthetics. A proficient clinical leader and independent practitioner, Paula excels in clinical excellence, business development, high standards of clinical governance, and customer service management. Her NHS roles have included acute medicine, emergency medicine, and primary care.
She works in advanced independent and autonomous roles.
Karen Rowell
Karen brings over 25 years of experience in both community pharmacy and the NHS where she has held senior leadership roles and worked across various clinical settings. Karen entered the world of aesthetics at a time when clinics were predominantly run by doctors and nurses, quickly establishing herself as a respected and pioneering figure in the field. With extensive training in medical aesthetics Karen provides bespoke treatments that achieve subtle and natural results, enhancing natural beauty and helping patients feel refreshed and confident.

I visited Alchemy Clinic due to having issues with tear trough filler I previously had done elsewhere in May and had nothing but issues with it from the start. I booked in for an Ultrasound for facial complications with Paula. The level of care and time taken was fantastic.
10 days later and I totally feel like I have my confidence back. My eyes are no longer as puffy and my lymphatic drainage has improved so much. I’m so glad I found this clinic and can’t thank Paula enough .

The clinic is a beautiful, professional and welcoming environment. Both Karen and Paula are exceptional at their jobs. I started off my botox journey with them, they listened to my concerns etc every step of the way and were honest throughout the process. I have also had morphesus 8 and now laser hair removal. I will continue to go to them for any future treatments. I love a natural look and they give me just that.
