This was my first ever treatment appointment for lip filler. I received all the information I needed and was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was talked through the whole procedure and aftercare. I am super happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The clinic is lovely, and spotless. Nurse Katie explained everything very clearly ahead of my treatment and I felt completely at ease and confident about the procedure. I always feel so anxious leading up to my appointments but as soon as I get there the team are so lovely and welcoming that I’m always instantly put at ease. My results are always perfect and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my fillers and botox!

Had lip fillers for the first time at Alien Aesthetics, and actually it was a great experience. I was so nervous, particularly about the pain, and came close to backing out before my appointment, but I’m so glad I didn’t! It was uncomfortable, but it wasn’t anywhere near as painful as I expected, and the procedure was over relatively quickly, in about 10 minutes. Most of the appointment time was the talk through the procedure while the numbing cream went to work.

My treatment was done by Dr Bella and I’m so unbelievably pleased with her work, and I felt very safe with her as a medical practitioner. She explained everything clearly and addressed my concerns really well - I felt so reassured going into the trea. Knowing she was a doctor was particularly reassuring in case the worst should happen, and I liked that hygiene was clearly a priority. Bella had a very calm and reassuring manner which definitely helped during the treatment - I liked that at one point she even used my name, “you’re doing very well Justin”, which made me feel very cared for. Her administration of the treatment seemed about as painfree, precise and well-judged as it could be. I’m absolutely thrilled by the results and I was right to trust Bella’s judgement about what looked good - she was absolutely spot-on in her work. I really couldn’t have asked for better. My lips look lush! And really natural! I will absolutely go back to Alien Aesthetics again and Dr Bella will be my first choice for any future treatments! Thank you so much, Bella!

What to expect afterwards? Yesterday afternoon, in the hours after my treatment, my lips were numb, tingly and swollen, but actually it wasn’t an unpleasant sensation, although talking was a bit weird. Eating and particularly drinking later was a bit messy. 24 hours on, my lips are still a bit sore and tingly (despite looking fantastic!), but pleasingly I’ve had absolutely no bruising or bleeding - I credit Bella’s skill in substantial part. If you look really closely you can just see the tiny marks where the needle went in.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with the outcome, and even with the discomfort of the procedure fresh in my mind, I’d happily be back next week to do it again if I needed it.
