Why I Trust Donna with My Face (and Occasionally My Sanity

If you're looking for someone with genuine medical expertise and the calm, no-nonsense approach of someone who’s truly seen it all (yes, she was a prison nurse), and who might just sort both your skin and your life out in one appointment, then Donna is the one for you.

I’ve come to her for acid peels where I was so nervous she had to fan my face while calmly talking me down. I’ve had skin boosters in my hands (which are so dry they could sand wood) and more recently in my face (equally parched). I was terrified, obviously, but she has a rare knack for being both clinical and kind. One minute she’s giving you the science, the next she’s gently fanning your face while you question your life choices.

She’s just achieved her Level 7 qualification, which means that when the industry finally gets regulated, she’ll be one of the few still legally allowed to hold a needle. Frankly, if someone is wielding a pointy object next to my face, this is exactly the kind of energy and qualification I want.

Visiting her is part beauty treatment, part counselling session. She makes you look better and feel better, which is more than I can say for most people holding sharp objects.

10/10 would let her needle me again.

Donna at Andover Aesthetic is an absolute gem! She’s attentive and meticulous.

The clinic is fantastic and her numerous qualifications are very impressive.

Donna is very genuine, it’s not all about the money - it’s about the skill, and she is certainly very skilled, she is a perfectionist.

She will not hesitate to tell you if she thinks you don’t need a particular treatment. Instead she makes well educated recommendations for better skin care and talks about your options for alternative treatments which would suit you best.

Her honesty and attention to detail make her the perfect choice if you’re looking for a new practitioner.
