recently had treatment with Ayanna and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and put me completely at ease.
Ayanna took the time to go through all of the skin tags and moles I wanted removed, explaining everything in detail and making sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. What really stood out was how thorough and caring she was throughout the process. She arranged follow-up visits to carefully check the treated areas and ensure everything had been completely removed, only being satisfied when she was confident the results were exactly right.
Her treatment room was lovely, calm, and relaxing, which made every appointment a pleasant experience. Thanks to Ayanna's expertise, patience, and attention to detail, I no longer have the skin tags on my neck that were affecting my confidence, and the mole I had been worried about has been successfully dealt with.

Dr Knight did a wonderful job getting rid of my 8 year old sons wart on his finger. He was nervous about the pain but she was calm and reassuring and it only took two sessions for it to go. I would definitely recommend her.

I had Botox treatment here for excessive forehead sweating, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Dr Ayanna was extremely professional and made me feel completely at ease from the start.

The results have been incredible! my forehead sweating when I’m stressed has completely gone. It’s genuinely made a huge difference to my confidence and day-to-day life. In fact, it even helped me feel comfortable enough to go for (and get) my dream job, which I don’t think I could have done before without feeling really self-conscious.

She’s definitely one of the best in Brighton in terms of quality of work. While she might be slightly more expensive than some others, it’s absolutely worth it for the level of expertise and results you get.

I will definitely be back :)
