I felt completely safe knowing Dr. RB was carrying out my treatment. She was extremely thorough and explained every step in detail throughout the procedure, which put me at ease. My goal was to reduce lines, have healthier looking skin and work towards building a regular skin care routine.
I had my first round of Botox - wanting a natural result. The lines have dramatically reduced but still slightly visible. To me, this looks natural. So I will see how long this gets me by and judge maybe a higher dosage based off how quickly it fades.
In terms of skincare, DrR did a prescription through Alumier. Which is an expensive brand but gets really good reviews, uses trusted ingredients and since using, my skin is very hydrated with a reduction in spots.
Only thing we may change is the tinted SPF - as this gives a very wet/greasy look on my skin BUT lots of people love and want this. So cannot fault the product at all.
DrR is knowledgeable, trustworthy and has guided me without judgement. We will also explore skinboosters as and when needed and continue with regular anti-wrinkle treatments.
No issues with parking, location is easy to find but may miss the little turn into it your first time (so leave a spare few minutes). Payment is easy and through BT

Had such a great experience with Ruchira. So happy with my Botox results—exactly what I wanted, really natural and done so professionally. She’s so lovely, makes you feel completely at ease, and is clearly incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Took the time to explain everything properly and I felt in very safe hands.
