I first came across Gini through recommendations from friends when I was looking to get Botox for the first time. After learning about her nursing background, I immediately knew she was someone I could put my trust into. As someone with a lot of anxiety around needles and injections, Gini immediately put me at ease by talking me through the treatment and thoroughly answering any questions I had beforehand. She made the experience virtually painless and stress free. The results are amazing and I couldn't be happier! I cannot recommend Gini enough.

I wouldn't go anywhere else, Gini is professional, friendly and informative, not just about the treatment I'm getting but about other potential treatments. The pros and cons. I always get great results and Gini is always quick to respond when I message her. Great service.

Going through the menopause and breast cancer, I've been really struggling with hot flushes, low mood and sleeping.
I knew Gini as an oncology nurse and so had confidence that she would provide expert advise using her clinical knowledge.

Gini recommended acupuncture and regular weekly appointments have really helped. It's also so helpful to be able to talk to someone who understands and can give sound advice based on her medical and clinical knowledge. It helps that she's lovely too.

I can't recommend Fleur Clinic highly enough. The level of care is exceptional, and Gini is truly outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable and having worked in the NHS for years I trust her implicitly with advice and health care.

What I value most is that she doesn't just simply ask what I want - she observes, advises, and thoughtfully suggests treatments that genuinely suit me. I always feel listened to, understood and completely safe in her hands.

She takes great care to ensure I'm comfortable during every treatment, supports me with aftercare, and checks in between sessions so I never feel left on my own. She goes above and beyond, even sharing articles and information she knows I'll find interesting.

I feel genuinely cared for as a person, not just a client. She treats me like I'm important, and over time it's felt less like visiting a clinic and more like seeing a trusted friend who truly has my best interests at heart. An amazing experience from start to finish.
