Absolutely brilliant experience! I had several treatments with Joanna in the run up to my wedding in June 2025. The clinic is spotless, beautifully designed, and creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Joanna, Colleen and all the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your results. I felt completely at ease and delighted with the outcome. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier aesthetic care!

I attended Fresh Faces for the 2nd time on Friday and got lip filler. My experience was brilliant, lovely friendly staff and the advice and information was so good. The last time I got lip filler was a good while ago and was not a good experience (a different premises), it had put me off but my lips are so thin I decided to give it another try and this time the pain was minimal, the numbing cream was amazing, a couple of wee nips but nothing like I have had before. Plus I was encouraged to take less than what i thought I needed which shows care and not greed which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back to get it done again and other treatments

I've been to Fresh Faces Aesthetics a few times now, and every single visit has been such a lovely experience. The whole team is so welcoming and friendly, I instantly feel at ease the moment I walk in. The atmosphere is warm, professional, and genuinely inviting.
So gentle, kind, and incredibly informative. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and really listens to what I want, while guiding me toward what’s best for me personally. I’ve had my lips done with her three times now and honestly, I leave every appointment absolutely in love with the results! She’s a true perfectionist and I trust her completely. Can’t recommend her enough!

I attended Fresh Faces clinic on Tuesday for the Ultimate Glow up treatment. On arrival Colleen was so welcoming and the clinic itself is beautiful. My skin is glowing ever since and can’t wait to go back for part 2! Thank you Joanna for being so professional and helpful. Looking forward to my future treatment
