Helen made me feel instantly at ease, she listened to what I want to achieve from treatment and I felt we had plenty of time for the consultation. She explained my treatment options and there was no pressure at all to have anything done. I already knew what I wanted, so was very happy to go ahead. Its early days after my treatment to see the final outcome yet but I’m very confident I will be happy with the end result following my second treatment which is scheduled for next month

The lady who booked my appointment explained everything and was efficient. Helen was lovely, welcoming and explained everything clearly. She also gave me the opportunity to refuse or change my mind about the treatment so I did not feel pressured at all. The treatment was quick and painless in very clean, clinical but lovely surroundings. Highly recommend

I was someone who never thought to get botox until I had a wedding to go to. The treatment was painless with no down time and although I didn't think my frown lines were that bad, I was really surprised at the difference it made to my overall expression when Helen showed the before and after photos a coupe of weeks after the treatment. Helen is a wonderful practitioner, she is calm and engaging as well as caring and understanding. She explains everything very clearly and her professional approach to treatments made me feel instantly relaxed; knowing I'm in good hands makes such a difference to receiving the treatments.
