Bear me with this is a long review, but it's worth a read.

I have been going to Jacqui Mac Aesthetics for years, and I cannot recommend Jackie and her staff highly enough. I am very open to trying new treatments, and I have had many treatments with Jackie, ranging from fillers and Botox to HIFU facials and polynucleotides.

Let me talk about Jackie first. She is a very friendly, caring lady who makes you feel incredibly welcome from the moment you walk through the door. Having a good, trusting relationship is important, especially when it comes to putting the trust into someone else to inject products into your face! Jackie excels in building that trust. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a fantastic technique that always puts me at ease.

One of the things I appreciate most about Jacqui Mac Aesthetics is the quality of service and products used. Jackie’s pricing reflects the high standard of service she provides and the premium quality of the products she uses. She never cuts corners and always strives to deliver the best results possible.
I have consistently been thrilled with the outcomes of my treatments. My skin looks and feels rejuvenated, and I always leave her clinic feeling more confident and refreshed. Jackie’s dedication to her clients and her passion for her work truly shine through in everything she does.

Due to her successes, Jackie has now opened another clinic in a prime location in Ilkley. The new clinic is absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit. It reflects the same high standards of care and service that I have come to expect from Jacqui Mac Aesthetics.

I just want to say thank you. I don’t think people express gratitude enough these days and it’s important, especially when someone like yourself tries so very hard for others to do the best job they can. You see I think my confidence was going, I have and never will be a beautiful person and that's ok, and as I hit my 50s I had lost hope of ever falling in love and meeting that special someone but a couple of years ago I did and I feel like I am only just starting to live my life. Its almost like you have helped me hit the rewind button, its like you have helped me just get a bit of life back, helped me squeeze a few more years and now I feel better, younger and more confident - its not for vanity I do it for, its because I want to try and look my best for my man - he deserves that effort. Im just trying to say in a very long winded way - its so much more than smoothing wrinkles that you are doing and I want to thank you so much.

You deserve every success and I know doing the Ilkley shop is a really big step for you but your going to do great, you really are and I wish you well.

As for anyone reading this review considering trying Botox or fillers I could not recommend Jaqui enough, she is a lovely down to earth person who will take time to listen to you. As for the results, I think Jaqui prides herself on the natural and soft look - I look like me 10 years ago, it really is amazing and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else - is it worth it - yes definitely. I had a hydra-facial followed by 20 mins under the led light and WOW! My skin has felt amazing ever since. I struggle with psoriasis and nothing seems to help but after my treatment it’s gone and stayed gone! I’ll definitely be keeping up to these and returning to the gorgeous new salon

For the first time, I treated myself to a hydra facial. My skin looks alive now, glowing and polished. I have suffered from black heads around my nose for many years and whatever treatment or product I have used, they've never been removed. At 60 years old, I can finally say they have disappeared after the hydra facial.!
