Dr. Joseph Novoa Libermann (Dr. Novoa for short) has been practicing medicine for 8 years since obtaining his medical degree from U.P.A.E.P in Mexico.
He worked within Lancashire NHS as a GMC fully registered doctor and trained in General Practice.
Dr. Novoa completed his training in Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation and Aesthetic Medical Procedures under renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Brad Herman in Miami Florida.
He has worked in different parts of the world such as Mexico, USA and also aboard Celebrity Cruise Ships, such as Infinity and Equinox.
As well as a native Spanish tongue, the other thing he and Dr. Montero have in common, is their philosophy to always provide natural looking results.

I recently met Dr Joe for treatment on my jowls. At 47 I was feeling like my face was dropping. From the moment I met Dr Joe he put me at ease. He has a really nice way about him and I never felt rushed. He laid out the treatment options available and I decided on Botox, Filler and the Aqua Gold Facial. The results are amazing and I am so pleased with the lift in my jaw line. I had acne scarring from hormonal acne breakouts and the facial has really helped to reduce the scarring. Dr Joe’s after care was also great. He checked in a few times post treatment to ensure I was happy and to see if I had any questions regarding my recovery.

I had thin and uneven lips naturally, Dr Novoa I cannot recommend enough, he is an artist, he gave me a beautiful natural shape which is all I could have wished for. Many women have lip enhancements these days, lots unfortunately do not look natural which is something I was very worried about, but Dr Novoa only ever wants to achieve a natural look for his clients. I am thrilled with my natural lips and now love to wear lipstick
