This is my first (but not the last) aesthetic treatment and I thourghly researched practitioners for weeks before making an appointment to discuss my requirements with Nicky. As an older woman (51), I did not want to be made to look like I was 21 again, and from the moment I walked into the clinical area I was made to feel welcome, at ease and above all, safe! My treatment options were fully explained and I was fully informed of the procedure, including: products used, timings of treatment, sustaining the results, aftercare, what to do/not do following the procedure and the small risks involved (of which i had none)). My treatment was painless and I can already see some small changes in my skin (I am 24 hours post procedure). I have a received a follow up email/message from Nicky which is very reassuring. Nicky is a very professional practitioner with client safety and satisfaction as her primary focus. I would not hesitate to reccomend Nicky to my family and friends and I have already booked additional treatments with her.

I have recently been to Nicky for the first time. She is extremely knowledgeable and i had the most thorough consultation prior to my treatment, Something i have never had at previous salons. Nicky is friendly and listened to what i wanted and advised accordlingly. Her practice is immaculately clean and a calming space. It’s been 3 weeks since my treatment and i am so happy with results. So pleased i have found Nicky and i will be continuing to use her in the future.

I had my lips filled three weeks ago and so pleased with the results, and a natural look that i wanted. Nicky gave an excellent professional service and would highly reccommend her. She was friendly, took her time to explain the process and reassure me. Explained and gave booklets on the aftercare, so professional unlike others I had previously been to.
