I had a superb and very detailed telephone consultation with Nuala this week which far exceeded any of my expectations. Having sent some photos for Nuala to analyse, she was able to recommend a skincare regime to help me achieve my goals, which, being in my 50s, unsurprisingly included the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, and a brighter complexion among other things. Aside from Nuala's impressive breadth of knowledge and professionalism, her qualifications in nutrition enabled her to provide a range of recommendations including diet and lifestyle changes in addition to suggestions for a vastly improved skincare regime which I can't wait to get started.
