Totally five star service from start to finish. Easy to use website with online booking. Location is accessible with parking directly outside. Clear instructions given ahead of time so you know what to expect. The clinic room is relaxing and comfortable.

Philippa is fantastic. She is communicative before the appointment and treats you like a superstar whilst you are there. Plenty of time is given to talk through the procedure, the outcomes and all the associated risks. I felt completely informed about my procedure and despite my initial nerves, she gave me all the information so I could relax. She was patient with me and even during the process explained exactly what was happening in a way in which any client could understand.

I am really pleased with my results which have improved my self confidence. I will definitely be a repeat client. I could not recommend her enough.

Absolutely would recommend!!
