I chose this clinic because it is run by an experienced local doctor with an excellent reputation for client care. Choosing to have any aesthetic treatment for the first time is very daunting and I needed to know that I was in the hands of a caring professional - but most of all someone I can trust. Dr Ros and her team are all of this and more. From the moment I walked in I felt in safe and capable hands with people who are not only passionate and knowledgeable but truly care about their clients need and results. I felt looked after, well informed and empowered to make the right decision for my aesthetic needs. My botox treatment has been excellent. It has improved my wellbeing, as I can communicate confidently without giving people the impression of looking extremely anxious or worried when I'm not! This has in turn had a positive effect on my business, which requires me to market myself and speak publicly on a regular basis. I also no longer feel the need to apply lots of makeup. Dr Ros and her team have extremely high standards and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Hydra Facial treatment with Paulina and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

The Hydra Facial itself was a truly rejuvenating experience. The process was gentle, yet incredibly effective. My skin feels noticeably smoother, and the overall tone has improved dramatically. I was amazed at how the treatment was able to address my specific skin concerns, leaving me with a radiant and healthy complexion.

What truly sets this experience apart, however, is the expertise of the esthetician who performed the treatment. They took the time to assess my skin and personalize the treatment to target my individual needs. Their knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

I can't recommend the Hydra Facial treatment at Radiance Spa highly enough. The results speak for themselves, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. I will definitely be returning for another treatment in the near future. Thank you to the wonderful team at Radiance Spa for providing such an outstanding service.
