Excellent treatment and care at the hands of nurse Clair. She puts clients at ease, she's confident and experienced in her treatments. You couldn't ask for anyone better.
My only feedback would be to request more transparancy with the expensive products ie, show the client the vials - and amounts - of Botox which they've bought - to avoid any suspicion that they've recieved any less!
I'd like to think that that is unnecessary at Superdrug, but it's happened to me elsewhere, at a private clinic - and now unfortunately, it's often at the back of my mind during treatments!
