When I came home from my appointment today, I said to my partner 'that felt like a whole new level' and I think that best summarises my experience at The Mayfield Clinic. I have had treatments at other clinics and that is not to say that they were not excellent and/or professional, but this just felt like something special. I should note that I already had high hopes as the communication prior to my appointment was second to none!

Dr Nestor was extremely thorough, professional yet also relatable; I cannot think when I have previously met with such a highly qualified healthcare professional who is also so personable. I immediately felt safe and that I was in good hands. He talked me through several treatment options - including some that I had not heard of - with great care and detail. Equally, there was no pressure which was so refreshing.

I also had a skin consultation with Hannah who was excellent. She was friendly and welcoming while also being professional and so knowledgeable. Again, I came away with fresh ideas about what my skincare might look like. I really appreciated Hannah's honesty and transparency. There are several products that I've used in the past and which, to be honest, would have been an 'easy sell' to me today, but Hannah had no qualms about explaining why these might not be as suitable for me at this point in time; her consultation felt genuinely concerned with what would work best for me and my skin.

Thank you so much and I look forward to visiting the clinic again soon - I'm already planning what to book in for next!

As always a warm welcome on arrival. Procedures always fully explained as well as time for any questions that might arise. I have never felt rushed which reflects on the relaxing atmosphere of the clinic.

I’ve been coming to Dr Nestor’s clinic for over a year now and have always had a great experience. They are genuinely invested in supporting your long term needs, they are patient in listening to what you want and help you with finding the best solution to get you there. They have always offered me genuine solutions have worked better than I expected. When I’ve asked for certain things they’ve been transparent in saying if they don’t think it will work for me / my skin. I really appreciate that transparency and genuine care and it means I really trust them. I have recently moved house and now live several hours away, but I still will continue to come back here as I think it’s so worth it, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for cosmetic care. Thank you all.

I enjoyed my full experiences from the lovely welcome at reception to my discussion with Nestor. I was also delighted with the aftercare. Dr Nestor is simply “The Best of the Best”! His expertise is second to none and his work speaks for itself. My whole experience from start to finish was highly professional, reassuring and friendly. I had mid-face fillers done to minimise the signs of the tear trough and tired looking under eyes. I can be a very demanding and a difficult client to please at times :) however I couldn’t be happier with the absolutely incredible end result. I would highly recommend Dr Nestor to anyone. A massive thank you to Dr Nestor and his whole team!
