I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Muse Medi-Spa, and my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and beautifully designed clinic put me at ease. Everyone I met at The Muse was so friendly. Michaela's expertise and knowledge were evident as she took the time to thoroughly assess my face, ensuring the treatment was tailored specifically for me. What truly stood out was the sense of safety throughout the entire process, making my visit not only effective but also incredibly comfortable. The results of my treatment are perfect and I am so pleased. I highly recommend The Muse Medi Spa for their professionalism, inviting ambiance, and the expert care provided by Michaela. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Chantelle has been doing my lips since first getting filler a year ago and it has always been a great experience. She is so talented with her work, I always leave feeling confident and happy & the reception staff have always been so welcoming and friendly. Will never go anywhere else & the whole building is so beautiful and relaxed.

Charley is amazing I visited the Chelmsford clinic last week to have lip filler, we had a change of plan and Charley said to have some more dissolving to get the best results, I really appreciated that she was honest and had my best interests at heart. She also managed to fit me in to have my lips refilled before my holiday this week. After not having lip filler for 6 years she made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job, my lips have never looked so good! Thank you xxx

Highly recommend and will be back to have more treatments in the future.

Essex cosmetics came highly recommended by a friend and I can absolutely see why. The clinic is immaculate and beautifully decorated with free easy access parking.

I chose to have my treatments done with Nurse Charley, she was warm welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, she guided me with what treatments to have as I was unsure on what would look best for my face. She made me feel completely at ease as I was a little nervous initially.

The clinic have been prompt and reassuring with my questions post treatment and I’m looking forward to having my treatments done there from now on.

I love their work and their approach to aesthetics, they provide natural looking enhancements and less really is more.

I have visited Essex Cosmetic twice now, and both times have been amazing. I had treatments carried out by Michaela and Charley, but all staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone is very easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease and comfortable.

I also liked that they won’t advise treatments to you that you want, but that they feel you don’t need, or will recommend other procedures to suit your face better. Their knowledge is outstanding and they take the time to explain everything to you in great detail.

I would never go anywhere else 🫶🏽

I have been going to see charley for 3 yrs now and before that i had some not so great experiences at other clinics . This clinic is by far the best there is out there . reputable , experienced and completely professional . Charley is brilliant always personable and for any new treatments she puts you completely at ease , if could give 10 stars i would !

As always a fantastic experience ! Always friendly and welcoming and good advice. I usually see Michaela but saw Chantelle today. I’d definitely recommend her. I know a lot of people are reluctant to try someone new but she was every bit as professional as Michaela and gave me good advice.
I’m never feel like I’m being pressured into have more done or to spend more money to achieve good results.
Filler in cheeks completely painless and really happy with the results already.

I was very nervous about having my lips done with a numbing cream because I'd been to a clinic where they use dental block & I can say I had a more pleasant experience with the numbing cream! I hardly felt a thing & the information & after care was amazing! I felt like they actually cared & it wasn't about profit! I will definitely come back

Honestly cannot believe the experience here and previously.. no paint and absolutely no bruising by u, when i've had them done previously by someone else the pain is unbearable and i had a huge bruise/scar going above my lip onto my face! Im so so pleased with them thanks so much again! Such lovely ladies too xx

i love my lips! hardly swelled at alll that;s the first time they have never reacted bad after being injected. I can not believe the difference from going to you to how my lips look! after just one sitting i've had so many compliments already! 4 weeks and counting until my top up! :-)
