Hello, I'm Dr Sarah, and my journey in dentistry began with earning my qualification from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Hospital in London back in 2006. The recognition of my commitment to clinical excellence came in the form of the prestigious Maurice Wohl Certificate of Merit.
Over the course of my 18 year career, which has seen me in both NHS and private practices, I've grown into a sought after professional in the field. In 2018, I embarked on an exciting venture into the world of medical aesthetics, deciding to establish my own clinic in the picturesque West Sussex. Here, I've specialised in a diverse range of non-surgical treatments, dedicating myself to enhancing the aesthetic well-being of my wonderful patients.
Beyond the clinic, my expertise extends into the realm of education. I'm proud to serve as a clinical trainer for the globally renowned Derma Medical training academy. In this role, I get the privilege of sharing my extensive knowledge and skills with aspiring professionals, contributing to the academy's reputation on a global scale.
My motivation stems from a deep passion for helping my patients feel their absolute best. I'm committed to delivering treatments that are not just sophisticated but also subtle, accentuating the natural beauty of each individual. It's my unique approach that ensures my patients retain their distinctive features, leaving them looking and feeling refreshed and rested after each treatment. Dr Sarah is so knowledgeable, ensuring you are making an informed decision on what treatment is right for your face.
She wouldn’t advise anything that wouldn’t be appropriate, unlike others who would take your money and give a very fake look.
The results are exactly what I wanted, natural to boost my confidence and improve my skins appearance.
I really feel that after trying to find the right practitioner for years, I’ve now found someone I can trust in, it’s your face after all!

Dr Sarah Hosier has again rejuvenated my face and made it more beautiful. I feel like so gorgeous that I can't describe with words. I don’t want offend anyone, but I very often see duck lips and I wonder who does these horrendous jobs on those poor faces. Aside from being the loveliest person ever - Dr Sarah is a genius with my frowny face! I’m so pleased with results - which were super quick too - friends complimented my appearance and asked what new makeup I was wearing (I wasn’t wearing any)

Felt completely at ease, fully informed and very comfortable that advice and treatment was suited to my needs. There was no pressure at all in my new patient cont to go ahead with treatment. I have had Botox for a few years, having to change to Visage Medical as I needed a new practitioner - I’m so happy with the results! I had a thorough follow up 2 weeks after treatment to ensure I was happy with results.

I can’t recommend Sarah enough. I was always nervous about having any type of treatment but was reassured by the fact she is also a dentist. Sarah spends time explaining the process and really listening to you and what you are looking to achieve. Personally I have always wanted a very

I’ve been going to Visage Medical for a few years. Dr Hosier always helps me to look my best and to be realistic about what will work versus my age so that I remain natural, which is my goal.
