Save Face represents the highest standard for healthcare professionals who offer non-surgical cosmetic procedures. We are the only organisation that validates every clinic to ensure they meet our accreditation criteria. Although our accreditation process is thorough, it is designed to be supportive and practical. Think of it as an MOT for your aesthetic clinic. We provide clear, step-by-step checklists so you always know exactly what you need to complete the process.

From the moment you register, you will have access to our members’ dashboard, which contains more than 200 template resources, including policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, consent forms and patient information, with a collective value of over £3,000. These resources are written specifically for healthcare professionals practising aesthetic medicine and give you a ready made toolkit that makes complying with our standards and relevant legislation straightforward.

You will be assigned a dedicated Save Face support agent to guide you throughout, and our online application system is simple to use. The final stage before accreditation is a clinic assessment carried out via Zoom by our team of nurse assessors. The assessment takes approximately 45 minutes and focuses on patient safety and good practice. During the review, we look at your treatment setup, medicines management, lighting, consent and aftercare processes. Many practitioners feel apprehensive about this stage, but our assessors are not there to catch you out. Their priority is to guide you to a positive outcome. Most people tell us the experience was reassuring and that they left feeling more confident about their practice. For many practitioners, the idea of a clinic assessment can feel daunting. In this short video, Victoria Hulme, a Save Face accredited practitioner, shares her assessment experience, walks through what we check and why, and explains how the process helped strengthen her clinical practice.
