Her calm, compassionate approach helps clients feel at ease, and her focus is always on achieving natural, balanced results tailored to your individual needs.

Lorraine is easy to talk to and explained all the pros and cons of the treatment (and others i enquired about) reassuring me I can get in contact if I have any queries or concerns after my treatment. 10 out of 10 for initial treatment and happy to continue the course.

This was my second visit to Karen for my Botox what a lovely lady , very knowledgeable and i felt very comfortable with her doing my procedure and she is now a lucky girl as she will be keeping me as her client 🤣🤣 and my god does her Botox kick in quickly ..love it thank you my darling.

Karen is always so good at explaining and treating for any aesthetic treatments I have. And I am so pleased she has sourced the finest needles as lips can be quite painful when I have had them done with other nurses. Karen is great and I would highly recommend anyone who is unsure about taking the step to first treatments to go along and speak to Karen.
