Really lovely experience at LPA. Tina at reception was so friendly and helpful, and when I wasn’t sure whether I should do one or two Profhilo treatments, she arranged a call with Libby, the nurse, so I could talk it through properly.

I’ve had Profhilo before, but Libby was still very thorough in explaining the expected results, what to expect after the treatment, and answering all my questions. There was absolutely no hard sell, which I really appreciated.

The treatment itself was very gentle, and she also gave me clear advice afterwards on skincare, makeup and aftercare. Everyone made the whole experience feel very easy and reassuring.

I had a consultation and Botox with Eda and I'm delighted with the results. I've had it elsewhere before but this was my first time with London Professional Aesthetics. Eda took the time to explain everything for me and check in on exactly what I wanted, as well as going through aftercare in detail (and I learned some new things about what I should be doing to ensure the best results!). The treatment itself was very quick and painless, and just over a week after it has settled really well. The salon is clean and reception staff are always lovely too and incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend coming here!

This is my go-to place for Botox. I usually use Libby, am always happy with the results, and trust her. She has a nursing background, which gives me extra peace of mind! Great bedside manner, too.
