Hollie was an absolute GEM! She spoke me through everything I needed to know in great detail, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable as to what she was putting in my lips, it was also an extremely clean and sanitary environment. I had a little ‘think I’m going to pass out’ moment and both Hollie and the lady at reception (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) both gave me the best care and it passed within minutes, you’re definitely in the right place if that ever happens. Thank you so much ladies for this memorable experience, and I will never go anywhere else. Also I LOVE LOVE LOVE my lips, I feel so confident today😊

Laser Tattoo Removal. I can honestly say Elle and Mandy have been brilliant. From the moment you enter the premises you are greeted by a polite and welcoming receptionist. Elle takes you through to a start your treatment, she is professional and very informative. Fantastic service and worth the trips up from London.

Her years of nursing and clinical expertise really shows in her work. The treatment rooms are meticulously clean and well laid out and her aftercare is second to none. I would definitely recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for the treatments and procedures that the spa offers!

Absolutely lovely, comfortable waiting and treatment excellent as before.
Reception is welcoming and friendly, drinks offered and necessary waiting time for my chosen treatment went quickly in a comfortable peaceful area with a coffee.
Ellie is fantastic and efficient, friendly and very caring. Knowledgeable and careful during treatment to ensure my comfort and welfare.
Highly recommended.
I have booked further different treatments going forward. No pressure selling on treatments at all, I requested information on a different treatment and it was explained fully and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I recently had my first Botox consultation and treatment, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Holly guided me through the entire process during my consultation, explaining what to expect and helping me understand what results were realistic. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and friendly, making me feel comfortable right away.

As someone who is quite nervous around needles, I was apprehensive about the procedure. However, today Amanda was amazing! She immediately put me at ease, calmly walking me through each step, and making sure I felt completely relaxed. Her professionalism and wealth of experience were evident throughout. The actual injections were quick and virtually painless, just a tiny scratch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—both Holly and Amanda are true professionals who know exactly how to make clients feel confident and cared for. Highly recommend!
