I recently had the Lumecca treatment at The Courtyard Aesthetic Clinic, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The difference in my skin has been second to none — it’s visibly glowing, brighter, and overall so much healthier looking.
What’s made the biggest impact for me is the boost in confidence. My skin feels refreshed and radiant in a way I hadn’t experienced before, and it’s been such a positive change in my day-to-day life.

Amazing people! I went for a consultation a couple of weeks back and I could not have been more welcomed. From the second you walk in the door you’re greeted by a lovely receptionist, and offered a fantastic cup of coffee. The cleanliness is superb and the environment is very calming. Hayley was extremely professional, polite and incredibly reassuring. I left the clinic feeling confident and good about myself. I immediately booked my treatment after My consultation with Hayley as I just knew she was the correct person for the job. Can’t wait to come back in March for the treatment!

I would highly recommend! I had polynucleotides done around my eyes. I have just had my second treatment and honestly I was amazed at the results just from the first treatment! My crows feet have significantly reduced. I was not expecting to see such good results until my 2nd or 3rd one. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, you feel totally safe and welcomed. The treatment was not as painful as I expected it to be. The money and the little discomfort you feel is 100% worth the results.

Now I've found the Courtyard and Dr. Hayley Elsmore I wouldn't go anywhere else, in fact I generally travel from abroad for my skin treatments here. The Island is lucky to have such a professional, luxurious and well qualified aesthetic clinical team. No pressure, only great results. Try the free sink consultation before you decide to go anywhere else, I'm glad I did.

I have recently been having treatments at the Courtyard Aesthetic Clinic, after deciding to address my concerns regarding ageing skin. I could not have chosen a better clinic. Dr Hayley, Charlotte and Hayley have been absolutely incredible from the moment I first stepped through the door and received the warmest of welcomes. I have been expertly guided through all treatment options, and it is abundantly clear that the team’s primary motive is to put clients first and foremost, by providing a first class service.
After having a consultation with Dr Hayley, who is exceptionally knowledgeable in her field, I decided to combine NeoGen, Botox and filler, and I have been thrilled with the results! The effects have been subtle and natural, which is exactly what I was hoping for. As a consequence, I feel so much better in myself. And the fantastic thing about all of this is that Dr Hayley and her team are genuinely delighted too!
This is an absolute gem of a clinic, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Thank you for making me feel like me again!

I have recently had botox for Bruxism and it's honestly been a blessing. I was very nervous attending the appointment, but Hayley welcomed me, made me a coffee and sat and talked to me about the small procedure. She put my mind at rest, so when Dr Hayley called me in, I was less anxious. The consultation was thorough, and I felt relaxed throughout The procedure itself was pain free, and over in minutes. It's been almost two weeks, I feel a difference, I was a prolific grinder and I believe that this has really worked. I went for a follow up appointment and Dr Hayley could see the change. Overall a very positive experience.
