I went into see Emma at Horrington Clinic for my dermal filler procedure. I had fillers in my cheeks and lips particularly to add volume that I had lost in the lower lip. Emma as in my consultation was warm, professional and she just has a way about her that feels like she’s an old friend you are visiting for a good catch up.
My journey began by meeting Emma where she sat me down in a beautiful waiting room and applied the numbing cream whilst I sat in the cozy lounge space to let it get to work, I went in for the procedure and she explains everything to you and you can ask any questions you have. I decided to go for the cannula method that Emma offered and the results are fantastic. The procedure was never painful. You can feel what is happening and Emma talks through each step that she is doing and allows you to take a look in the mirror if you want. It is one week later and everyone has noticed that I look younger and fresher, asking if I’ve had my hair done differently but never guessing that I’ve had fillers. Emma is truly amazing. My results are me but refreshed me at my best. She gives you a beautiful natural look. My lips feel pillowy and soft, with full movement and I’m a professional singer. I have no lumps and had very minimal swelling and bruising only a slight bruise on each cheek which are now gone. On top of a fabulous experience with the fillers Emma also advised me on some skin care and has kindly given me some to try. I also purchased a fabulous overnight mask on her advice. Her experience and knowledge is unmatched on my skin which suffers with rosacea and Eczema and it is the best it has ever been in years. Thank you Emma and to anyone reading this who is thinking of going for any procedures or rejuvenating procedures, or even if you need skincare advice, seek Emma out she is amazing!

It says “a warm and friendly welcome” on their website and this is exactly what you get, Emma just radiated warmth and professionalism, you instantly know your in professional hands, she was friendly and personable, you don’t feel rushed or forced into anything and she put me at ease instantly and was thorough in her description, brutally honest with giving advice and telling you what you actually need rather than what you think you need. She made me feel seen and valued, I felt better just after the consultation than I have in years. I am really excited to see Emma again for my procedures.
